Gasper Peter Mishili is the Finance and Administration Lead at Ifakara Innovation Hub, where he oversees the organisation’s financial, administrative, and operational functions. He is a member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) and is currently pursuing his final level CPA studies (CPA-IP). He is also a Certified Finance Expert (CFE) certified by the Bank of Tanzania (BoT) with over five years of professional experience in finance, administration, operations, and donor-funded project management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
Gasper has supported programmes financed by leading international development partners, including USAID, the World Food Programme (WFP), Danida, the Irish and Swiss Embassies, and UNAIDS. His expertise spans financial management and internal controls, budgeting and financial reporting, donor compliance, audit readiness, financial systems, and operational and administrative management, underpinned by a strong commitment to transparency, accountability, compliance, and sound governance.
