Gasper specializes in designing and implementing robust internal controls, audit readiness initiatives, and strategic budget forecasting. He ensures rigorous compliance with all Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) directives, covering VAT, PAYE, and statutory returns, while upholding International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
